Equestrian Center  91 W Frontage Rd  Edgewood, NM 87015       

The center provides free access to walk your horse in the corral.   Water is available as well.  It also has access to nearby trails.   505-286-4518       Open an hour before sunrise to an hour after sunset.

 A wildlife preserve and "enhanced zoo".  The park provides a very special look into the animals  and plants that are part of the ecosystems of New Mexico and the Southwestern United States

New Mexico's most unique antique and gift market resembles a  vintage main street. Only 1/2 mile off I-40 and Route 66, 1 mile east of  Walmart on Church St. Wander in and you feel like your back in a vintage western town.

Hollywick Farms is a working alpaca farm located at nearly 7,000  feet in the Sandia Mountains, just off the Turquoise Trail National  Scenic Byway 


Singing Highway (on Rt 66 West of Tijeras)   http://thesingingroad.com/

   
I-40 exit 170, then drive east about 3.5 miles on Hwy 333/Route 66. Look  for the Musical Road signs between mileposts 4 and 5, shortly after  Route 66 crosses to the south side of I-40. The road is only musical  driving eastbound.

The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta is a yearly hot air balloon festival that takes place in Albuquerque, New Mexico, during early October. The Balloon Fiesta is a nine-day event and has over 500 hot air balloons each year. The event is the largest balloon festival in the world!

Cowboy days/SASS World Championships

Edgewood Cowboy Days is held the last two weeks of June, and it’s filled with events, activities, and entertainment in the greater Edgewood area.  Highlighted by four key events, you’ll find numerous activities and special events at area businesses, too.  This includes the includes SASS World Championships at Founders Ranch.

McCall’s Pumpkin patch  (late September – October)

Take a hayride to the pumpkin patch, pick your own pumpkin from the field, try to find your way through the 16-acre corn maze, feed the farm animals, race a pedal kart, launch a pumpkin, glide down our giant slide, mine for gemstones, see the haunted castle, shop, eat & much, much more. Check out the new princess castle as well.
McCall’s Pumpkin Patch is located in Moriarty, NM. Take exit 196 (9 miles down the expressway) and turn left (North) over the overpass. You will take your first left (West) onto Abrahames Road. Proceed West. Stay on Abrahames Road and you will see our Farm on the right-hand side of the road.

Gathering of Nations Pow Wow
