Rates are based on 2 adults + kids up to 12 & 1 tow vehicle. Rates do not include taxes.
A deposit of one days rental (ex: $35.00) is required to reserve any reservations. The deposit will be fully refunded (minus a $10 booking fee) if notified of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Notification deadline is one week for rentals during balloon fiesta.
Prices vary based on time of year and holidays. Rates for reservations for Balloon fiesta will be $30 higher. Walk-ins during balloon fiesta will be $40 higher if space is available.

Glamping at its finest. These 1 room rustic cabins have heat, AC, refrigerator, microwave, fire pit, picnic table and charcoal grill. Community showers and laundry room are available at the park. Sheets are provided. No pets allowed.
Rates for reservations for Balloon fiesta will be $140 higher. Walk-ins during balloon fiesta will be $280 higher.
