Rates are based on 2 adults + kids up to 12 & 1 tow vehicle.  Rates do not include taxes.

A deposit of one days rental  (ex: $45.00) is required to reserve any reservations. The deposit will be fully refunded (minus a $25 booking fee) if notified of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance. Notification deadline is one week for rentals during balloon fiesta.

Glamping at its finest.  These 1 room rustic cabins have heat, AC, refrigerator, microwave, fire pit, picnic table and charcoal grill. Community showers and laundry room are available at the park.  2-night minimum stay required.  Balloon fiesta has a 3-night minimum stay. No pets allowed.
